• Contact and demo-request information you give us directly — name, work email, company, and any message you include when requesting a demo.
• Content you submit to the platform for processing, such as source scripts, audio, campaign assets, and budget or performance data, so we can deliver localisation, distribution, and budget-intelligence outputs.
• Account and usage information, such as login activity and how you interact with the platform, if you use it as a customer.
• Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see Cookies below).

3. How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and other enquiries.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the SignalReach platform, including the localisation, distribution, and budget-intelligence features you've asked for.

We do not sell personal information.

4. How we handle content you submit for processing

Scripts, audio, and campaign data you submit are processed to generate the specific output you requested — for example, a localised voice track, a distribution plan, or a budget recommendation. This content is not used to train or improve underlying models beyond delivering the output you asked for.

5. Sharing information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, analytics, communications, and payment processing), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. We may also share information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We retain demo-request and enquiry information for up to 24 months. Account information and content submitted to the platform is retained for the life of your account and up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required to meet legal obligations.
